There are many great causes and fundraising events in our community throughout the year.  We at Cupid's are happy to accept application for donations of cupcakes and/or gift certificates in support of these events.

Please read the following requirements for eligibility:

• The organization must be located in and serving a community within 20 kilometres of our bakery.
• The organization should be a registered charity that is eligible to issue official tax receipts, or an established non-profit organization.
• The mandate of the organization must be related to providing services to children and their families.

If the eligibility requirements are met, we welcome you to submit your proposal in writing so that it is received by us at least 6 weeks prior to your event.  Your proposal must include:

• Name, address, phone number and website of the organization, as well as the name, phone number, and email address of the contact person.
• Date, time and venue of the event.
• Type of donation sought.
